Frequently Asked Questions:
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: I have a small ding in my windshield from a rock that hit it. Do I have to replace the whole windshield or can I just repair it?
A: If the ding is smaller than the size of a quarter we can repair it. However, if you start to see cracks spider out from the ding, then the entire windshield will need to be replaced.
Q: Will you work with my auto insurance company for my glass repair/replacement?
A: Yes, we will work with your auto insurance company including providing an estimate for them.
Q: What information do I need to have on hand when I call you?
A: We will need to know the year, make and model of your car.
Q: My windshield has a rain sensor in it. Will the new windshield you install also have a rain sensor?
A: Yes, as long as you tell us when you call. If you are unsure whether or not you have a rain sensor, our trained representative will help you determine if you do or not when you call.
Q: How soon can I drive my vehicle after new glass installation?
A: In most cases, you can drive within 1 to 2 hours after new glass installation.
Q: What happens to the state inspection sticker on my windshield when you replace the glass?
A: Our trained technicians will transfer your sticker from your old windshield to your new one.
Q: Do I have to be present when your technician comes?
A: No, as long as you have made prior arrangements with us.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check or credit card. We do not accept AMEX.
